Mark company has constructed hundreds of road widening’s for contractors and real estate developers. On Pacific Coast Highway alone we have performed 20 projects between San Clemente and Malibu.   We are particularly competitive in this scope because we are a one-stop shop for handling work in the city right-of-way.

 

When we provide a quote we cover everything including traffic control plans, traffic control, demolition, wet utility relocations, dry utility relocations other than power company “Hot” work, grading, export, grading, storm drain, sewer, water, concrete improvements, paving, street lights and signals, striping. All of this is performed with our in house crews other than street lights, signals, and striping which are performed by select subcontractors we have found to be cost-effective and reliable.

 

By performing all work we have found that we can get the work done more timely with fewer difficulties than using multiple subcontractors. We also have been able to develop beneficial relationships with the inspectors. On significant jobs we provide an onsite superintendent who specializes in this type of work, this has been a great asset on projects.
